Robert (Bob) C. Hunger, 58, born March 15, 1963, passed away on February 4, 2022. Formerly of Alden, NY, he lived in Largo, FL the past 21 years. He was predeceased by his parents, George and Lucille Hunger of Darien Center, NY.
Our dad was taken from us way too soon. Life without him will be very different. He was a source of joy that will be missed by a great many people. His life was dedicated to his children and grandson. He always put their needs ahead of his own, and did everything in his power to make sure his children had a chance to succeed in life. He enjoyed musicals, Hallmark and a love for dogs. Especially, his “son” Bosley the Pug and grand-pups Z, Marble and Moon.
He is survived by his daughters, Stefany Hunger and Joelle (John) Puderbaugh; his partner Thomas Tucker; his former wife Maria Hunger; his brother George (Sharon) Hunger; his sisters Diane Hunger, Cindy (Edward) Zobrest and Doris (Michael) Perl; his beloved grandson Colton; and many nieces and nephews.
A life celebration will be held at Walsingham Park, 12615 102nd Ave N, Largo, FL 33778 - Shelter #3 - on March 13, 2022, at noon to 3PM. Flowers are gratefully declined in lieu of a donation to the American Lung Association.
