Valerie Gail Morris, age 66, of Sarasota, Florida, passed away on March 14th, 2026.

Born on September 22, 1959 to Walter and Retha Mae Morris in Sarasota, Florida. She was known for her infectious laugh, love of reading, and comedic personality.

Valerie is preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Retha Mae Morris; brothers, Michael and Derek Morris, and sister, Rhonda Jean Coleman.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her four children: Trina Bowman (Shon), Chrystal Hunt (Jason), Keith Hill and Devon Hill; along with 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren, her sister, Deirdre “Deedy” Morris; three brothers: Terry Randolph (Ternese), Walter “Gene” Morris, and Kelly Bellamy (Elaine), a host of nieces, nephews, two aunts, one uncle, cousins, and her beloved friends: Ruby Jenkins and Brenda Parks.
