Nereida López Feliciano, a woman whose beauty, joy, and spirit touched everyone around her. She loved to dance, and she moved through life with the same rhythm and grace she brought to every step. Nereida had a gift for style always presenting herself with elegance, always expressing who she was through color, fashion, and confidence.
She loved poetry, laughter, and the simple joy of being surrounded by family and friends. Her heart was warm and playful, and she had a way of making people feel loved, welcomed, and at ease. Her humor, her sweetness, and her presence made every gathering brighter.
Born in Utuado, Puerto Rico, she carried her island’s strength and warmth with her everywhere she went. She loved animals deeply—turtles, frogs, cats, dogs, birds her compassion extended to every living thing.
Nereida was a devoted grandmother, sister, aunt, best friend, and above all, a wonderful mother. She is survived by her daughter Maria Lugo, her son Edward Diaz, and her beloved grandchildren, who will forever carry her love within them.
Nereida will be deeply missed, but her light remains in the memories we share, the laughter she gave us, and the love she poured into her family. Today, we celebrate her beautiful life and the joy she brought into ours.
