Kenneth Russell Everson, 54, of Dacula, Georgia, passed away April 25, 2026 after a brief illness.
Kenny was born in Barberton, Ohio May 25, 1971, and moved to Georgia with his family when he was a small child. His parents, Russell and Frances Everson, planned to return to Ohio after graduate school but decided to stay in Georgia permanently in the early 1970s.
Kenny grew up in Gwinnett County and graduated from Shiloh High School. He attended the University of Georgia and was a member of the Delta Tau Delta fraternity. He majored in Communications and later obtained his real estate license, then brokerage license. He was the owner/broker of Faith Realty and proudly partnered with his son, Zachary, in property management. He loved his family, travel, motorcycles, the Georgia Bulldogs, movies, music and life. He always went out of his way to help others, and managed to make everyone he knew laugh until they cried.
Kenny was preceded in death by his daughter, Sydney, and his mother, Frances. Surviving members of his family include his son, Zachary (Zach) Everson, father, Russell Everson, brothers Greg Everson (Sylvia), Mark Everson, Keith Everson (Jody), significant other Deborah Thomas, and multiple aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
There will be a celebration of life in a manner fitting for Kenny. Friends and family are invited to the Little Mexico Bar and Grill, 465 Dacula, GA, May 16, from 3:00-5:00.
