Obituary

Blanca Estella Gallinati (nee García), beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away on Sunday April 19, 2026 surrounded by her husband and daughter. Born on November 11, 1950, in Mexico City, she immigrated to the United States at a young age, carrying with her a deep appreciation for culture, language and travel.

She went on to build a meaningful life defined by resilience, strength, and dedication to her family. She spent 31 years as a school teacher and made a difference in the lives of countless young minorities teaching bilingual education. She earned her Masters Degree, spoke four languages, and was deeply passionate about language and culture.

She faced undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma cancer with a tenacious and indomitable spirit, meeting each challenge with strength and determination.

She is survived by numerous siblings, nieces and nephews as well as her loving husband, devoted daughter and cherished grandson who were the center of her world.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her strength, her resilience, and the fierce love she gave so freely to her family.
May she rest in peace.
