Writer: Compassionate Cremations and MemorialsCompassionate Cremations and Memorials

With heavy hearts we announce the unexpected passing of Stephen Terry Parker, 47, of Palmetto, FL on

June 12, 2022 after a sudden battle with an acute aortic dissection.

Stephen was born on June 27, 1974, in Rochester, MI but raised in East Glenville, NY outside of

Schenectady. He returned to his Michigan roots to attend Michigan State University and was an avid and

ardent MSU alumnus. He traveled all over the world for his work, many times with his family able to

join. He was a youth soccer coach, a CrossFit enthusiast, a Beachbody coach, a mud race runner

including completing the Trifecta of the Spartan Race, and a hockey player with the local Gulf Coast

Goons. He was a passionate fan of the Detroit Red Wings and Tampa Bay Lightning. But first and

foremost, he was a family man and there was never any question about his ultimate love for his family,

community, and country.

Stephen is survived by his wife Allison, children Morgan (27), Ashleigh (23), Tyler (19) and Brianna (17);

sister Vikki Parker; and parents Harold and Yolaine Parker.

A Celebration of Life memorial will be held on Saturday July 9 at 11:00 a.m. at Bayside Community

Church West Bradenton campus, 6609 Manatee Ave W, Bradenton, FL 34209.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the family to help with their expenses:
