Paul Maggese Sr., formerly of Horseheads, NY, died on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at his home in Tampa, Florida.
Paul was born on April 12, 1948, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Donato and Edna Maggese.
Paul was employed by Thatcher Glass Container Company in Elmira Heights for 13 years. He was a dedicated member of the Loyal Order of Moose for over 40 years.
Paul enjoyed bowling, fishing, playing cards, the beach, hunting and spending time with his friends and family.
He is survived by his long-time partner, Maria Gonzalez, his son Paul Maggese Jr., of Tampa, Fl., his daughter Carol Maggese, of Lutz, Fl., and stepdaughter Mary Jo Chamberlain of Land O’ Lakes, Florida, as well as grandson Corman (Stephanie) Maggese and a great grandson Miles Maggese, and lifelong family friends Jack and Chris Brooks of Horseheads, NY.
He was predeceased in death by his parents and brothers Dennis, Robert and David, as well as his wife Mary Ann (Cambio) Maggese.
