Lundy Pat Black III, known as Pat Black to most people, was born on October 2, 1941 in Orlando, FL. He was transported from this life into the final frontier on September 27, 2021 in Tampa, FL. He was 6 days shy of 80 years old. He was a veteran of the United States Navy. Later he worked for 40 years as a successful salesman. Him and his wife have been members of the Church of Christ since before they were married. He is survived by his wife, Erna Black, whom he has been married to for 56 years. He is also survived by his daughter, Valerie Ribecky; his son Ernest Black; his son Hampton Black; his brother Richard Black; his grandson Hampton Black; his grandson Nicholas Black; his granddaughter Vanessa Ribecky; his grandson Kristopher Ribecky; his granddaughter Nicole Ribecky; and his great-granddaughter Kennedy Black.
A memorial service will be held at Bay Area Church of Christ 3905 Orange St., Seffner, FL 33550 on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.
