Emilie "Cissy" D. Perkins, 86 years old of Tampa died March 14, 2022. Emilie is survived by daughter Karen and her husband Bob Marotta, sons Don and Chuck Watson, brother Hank Davis, grandsons Jesse and Jake and his wife Amanda Watson and great grandson James.
